Santa Fe County Nambé Convenience Center will be closed this Friday, August 14
SANTA FE, N.M., Aug. 13, 2026—Santa Fe County Nambé Convenience Center will be closed this Friday, Aug. 14, and will reopen Saturday, Aug. 15, for its regular business hours. The convenience center is a solid waste and recycling drop-off facility operated by Santa Fe County.
Signs will be posted at the front gate alerting visitors to the temporary closure. The Santa Fe County employee who normally staffs the center has been called to duty with the National Guard in support of the ongoing response to the Frijoles Fire. Santa Fe County Solid Waste is moving staff around to make sure the center can open for its regular business hours beginning on Saturday.
The Nambé Convenience Center is located at 605 NM-503, and regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Visit the County website for more information about Santa Fe County convenience centers.
